Tawa Trade Finance ( or name as “Tawa”) is an Auckland based non-bank lender, has been in the lending market for three years since 2019, specializing in invoice finance, investment property loan, development loan, bridging loan and refinancing.
Allen Xu, the founder of Tawa, has over 10 years of experience in financial advisory industry before founding the company. He is aware of the growing demand for business finance among Chinese community in New Zealand. However, there are limited Chinese lending companies to choose. He believes it is a vacancy in the current New Zealand lending market, and it is an irresistible trend to break through the barriers between Chinese businesses and investors, integrating resources to achieve a win-win goal.
