How Tawa handles information submitted through this website.
Personal information
This policy requires review for compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 before production.
An investor enquiry may collect your name, email address, phone number, intended investment amount, investor type or wholesale qualification basis, relevant investment experience, preferred contact method, message, and required declarations and consent.
Tawa uses enquiry information to respond, follow up on potential qualification, keep appropriate records and meet applicable legal duties.
Information may be sent by email to Tawa and to approved service providers that help deliver the website or email service.
Do not submit passports, visas, proof of address, source-of-funds evidence or other AML/CFT material through the public website.
The first release does not maintain an application database for enquiries. Enquiries are sent by email for follow-up.
Information is retained for a reasonable period and securely deleted when no longer needed, subject to legal duties and recordkeeping requirements.
